• The product is not as described

2. Return Time Frame

• You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (caused by customer misuse)

• Items returned without original packaging

• Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds may take 3 to 7 working days to process.
